You are also in 5-10 minutes walking distance not only to Philharmonic, Music Academy, Kreshatyk Street and Maidan Nezalezhnosti square, but also to buildings of both the Parliament and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The apartment's location is a crossroad - it is beginning of Khreshatyk street and the key to Podil area, Volodymyrska Hirka, European Square. At the same time this is a starting point to explore Pechersk - the district with lots of Stalin style government architecture, which looks very impressive.

The nearest restaurants are rather expensive ones, however Maidan with lots of different dining places for any taste and budget is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Maidan Nezalezhnosti is also the closest metro station.
