Booking

In order to book a chosen apartment please fill out a corresponding form on our web-site providing both the dates of your stay and contact information.
To ease the booking process we do not require to provide neither credit card number nor deposit.
In return we kindly expect your understanding to inform us promptly on any changes of your travel plans or booking cancellation.
A deposit would only be required if you make a reservation during special holiday season such as New Year, International Women's Day, May holidays.
As soon as your order is processed, you will be contacted by our manager via email or telephone to finalize your booking arrangements.

Check-in/ Check-out

Check-in time: 13:00 (1:00 PM)
Check-out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
Time used: Kiev local UTC +2

Early check-in: 7:00 to 12:00 to be paid as a half daily rent.
Late check-out: before 18:00 to be paid as a half daily rent.
Check-in before 07:00 as well as check-out after 18-00 to be paid as a full daily rent.

Calculation and payments are carried out during the check-in.

To start check-in process, please visit our office reception desk.
If you know the exact time of arrival to the apartment or  can phone us not later than 20 minutes prior to your arrival, our manager may meet you right next to the apartment.

In case you do not know the exact time of your arrival to the apartment or you wish to pay by credit card, you are welcomed to our reception first.
All apartments are located nearby the reception desk. You will be accompanied by our managers to check-in.
For clients, arriving late night time, we recommend using our transfer service.
